Reaching for the remote

So? Nothing will send me scurrying to change the channel quicker than the mere sight of His Royal Majesty’s smug, sour face or the sound of his annoying drone. I haven’t bothered paying the slightest attention to any speech, announcement, interview, or fundraising pitch of his for years now. He’s a liar; a moral, intellectual, and physical coward; a communist; a wannabe dictator; a lazy, shiftless bum; and an arrogant, ignorant faculty-lounge douchenozzle with not one single word to utter that’s worth bothering about for any real American with intelligence or integrity.

Apparently, a good few out there have developed an almost bodily immunity to the insidious blandishments of self-seeking liars, and therefore agree with that assessment of whether it’s worthwhile to pay attention to anything the shitweasel Obama says. The rest…well, hopefully they’ll figure it out eventually.

  1. I am so gratefull to those of the blogosphere who can listen to him speak and report on it. Like you I cannot stand to listen to his voice, or either of the Clintons. I can barely tolerate still pictures of them.

  2. Someone once said we should judge people by the content of their character. Well the dude is a despicable character and its embarrassing that he was elected TWICE! I not only avoid him but even televised news regardless of the source. Democrat or Republican it doesn’t matter because they all want the power to control us. Some how the standard of selfless service expected of government servants has stopped being applied to the elected or appointed bureaucrats of our country. With the relentless purging of the officer corps our military is heading down the same path. Having served in the navy and a sworn peace officer it hurts my soul that we have degenerated to this sorry state. God help us

  3. I have a somewhat similar reaction, but to an exponentially greater degree, to the monstrosity he calls his beard wife. It’s more of a visceral, physical reaction akin to seeing, smelling and having to clean up up puppy shit from a puppy recently given its first worming.

That’s an extremely accurate if disgusting and smelly analogy.
